You may request an exchange if:
We delivered the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged.
The color is different from what you ordered.
2. Conditions for Exchange
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
Proof of the issue (photos or videos) must be provided when making the request.
3. Process for Exchange(Free)

Provide your order number and photos/videos showing the problem.
Once approved, We will send the replacement product after verifying the item.
4. Important Notes
Exchanges are only allowed in the above cases.

If the replacement product is unavailable, we may offer a different product or refund.
