Return & Exchange Policy

At Bags Cave, we take pride in delivering quality products as per your order. We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

1. Eligible Cases for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

  • We delivered the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The color is different from what you ordered.

2. Conditions for Exchange

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • Proof of the issue (photos or videos) must be provided when making the request.

3. Process for Exchange(Free)

  1. Contact us at support@bagscave.pk or 0319-8627892 within the allowed time.

  2. Provide your order number and photos/videos showing the problem.

  3. Once approved, We will send the replacement product after verifying the item.

4. Important Notes

  • Exchanges are only allowed in  the above cases.

  • We will Only Exchange  when the mistakes is ours

  • If the replacement product is unavailable, we may offer a different product or refund.
