1. How can I place an order?

You can place your order directly on our website www.bagscave.pk by selecting your desired product, adding it to the cart, and completing checkout or Whatsapp at:0312-5421272

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.If Customer want to pay in advance he/she can WhatsApp us  at:0312-5421272

3. How long will delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 2–3 working days in major cities and 3–4 working days in other areas.

4. Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

Yes, we offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.

  • If the same product is available, we will send you a replacement.

  • If the same product is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

📞 To request an exchange: Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at 0319-8627892 or support@bagscave.pk, and provide your order number along with pictures/videos showing the issue.

5. Who pays for return shipping in an exchange?

If the mistake is ours (wrong/damaged/wrong color), we cover the return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can request an order change or cancellation before order is dispatched , you cannot change or cancel.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.

8. Are all products exactly like the pictures?

We try our best to ensure product images match the actual items, but slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
